People enjoying games in a social setting at Elks Lodge.

Step into the Winner Elks Lodge at 406 South Main and feel the heartbeat of South Dakota hospitality. Established to serve the town’s farmers, ranchers, and business owners, this lodge has been a second home for generations. Mornings smell of sizzling bacon and fresh coffee, while evenings bring the sizzle of perfectly grilled steaks and the easy laughter of neighbors catching up after a long day. Beyond the dining room, members roll up their sleeves for scholarships, veterans’ drives, and holiday food baskets that reach every corner of Tripp County. Whether you’re pulling up a chair for Thursday bingo, joining the annual golf scramble, or simply stopping in for a slice of homemade pie, you’re part of a century-old promise: do good, have fun, and always leave room for one more at the table.

What We Offer

Enjoy daily breakfast and dinner specials featuring local beef, farm-fresh eggs, and Grandma-style sides at prices that feel like 1999. Members and guests can host wedding receptions, class reunions, and business meetings in our spacious banquet hall complete with full bar and AV setup. Kids’ Christmas parties, high-school scholarship awards, and flag ceremonies on Memorial Day keep the lodge at the center of town life. Weekly bingo, Texas Hold’em tournaments, and live music nights add extra reasons to gather, while our charitable outreach quietly funds everything from Little League uniforms to veteran medical-transport vans.

"I would normally recommend the Elks as a good place to eat. The food is very good and prices are very reasonable. But today my husband and I stopped in over my noon hour for dinner. We arrived ~12:15 pm and had our order placed by ~ 12:20 but we ended up leaving without our meals at 12:50 because I needed to get back to work.☹️ this is the 3rd time this has happened to us. And to top it off we ordered the special and people that came in after us who also ordered the special were served before us. So we won't be going back."

"Paid a lot for a steak that was not good and when originally served it was barely warm. Everyone has to make a living, I understand that, but the prices charged are absolutely outrageous!"

A Proud Heritage

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
